Rearrange the hostility.
Now... think about this for a second here. We see our democratic candidate hopefuls beating eachother into small, bruised bloodied pulps of regurgitated politician on TV all the time. They spend all their time, money, and efforts bashing their fellow candidates in order to find a heads-up on the competition. Why not redirect all that anger, discontent, and disgust towards a common goal? All of the hopefuls are working their asses off to get Bush out of office because they think he's doing a shitty job (*theoretically, at least*). Instead of killing eachothers' reputations... why not combine efforts, staffs, funding, etc for ONE NIGHT and throw a press conference showing that all the lil democratic kiddies can get along and show their strength in numbers on the battlefield of America's best interests? They don't want Bush in office... they've got the airtime that us lil folk don't.. and they have the influence to open the eyes of millions! Lies have blinded the masses... but power has blinded our leaders. Take action.. write a letter to your favorite democratic candidate and push for the common battleground cause!

Welcome to YOUTHiNizATION
I'm sure all of you mildly observant folks noticed the particularly unique capitalization of the site's title... and for those of you who just aren't the keenest of the bunch, YOUTH and NATION are in big letters. And yes, you bright lil cookie, there's a reason for this! The youth today have a mighty suitcase full of economical, social, and political baggage to haul. (*I will now refer to myself as part of this youth considering my age*) We're coming to power despite the beliefs and efforts of the general elderly public and we must take on this beast of responsibility head-on. In order to do so, I feel we all need to be informed to the best of our abilities. And what better way to become better informed than to share information with others? With this blog, I hope to establish a common ground for people of all ages to contribute their knowledge, opinions, sources, links, etc. When joined together, minds form networks. Strong networks capable of change. Best of luck to you all... and I hope you gain something of importance from your involvement here... as minimal as it may be.
